Shipping policy

PLEASE NOTE: Chaotic Serenity Merchandise is manufactured by a third-party company. We do not have those items on hand; therefore, they are not eligible for local pick up or local delivery. If ordering Chaotic Serenity merchandise and in-stock items, please place separate orders to take advantage of free local delivery and pick up.

Free local delivery is available for orders over $30 within the Baton Rouge, LaPlace, Kenner, Metairie and New Orleans areas. For orders under $30, we charge $5 for local delivery.

Deliveries are made from 12pm to 2:45 pm on Monday’s, Tuesday’s and Friday’s. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival. 

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 2 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions. 

Our in-store pickup hours are from 9am to 4pm on weekdays (Mon-Fri). Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.
