Journaling has helped me through some very dark times. There are thoughts that I dare not share with another soul; my journal became my safe space. Writing out those fears, doubts and depressed thoughts helped me clear the fog from my mind. Journaling has proven to be good for my soul! I pray it helps you find solace in a time you need it!
